  • Grasses, flowers Various fruits (e.g. Plums, Peaches, Strawberries, Apples with skin, Starfruits, Papayas, Mangos, Tomatoes, etc), Carrots, Mushrooms, Beans, Peas, Veggies, & Dark Leafy Greens.
